Sketches and Portfolio!

EVEN THOUGH, I actually don't have the right mark in my 4U English class to apply, I'm still going to, and here are some 4 sketches, with the bits to my portfolio (-1). Getting my English mark done next week, you know, signing up for Night School, and last week is the deadline, GAH. Okay, Much love: (p.s. Is arranged to view from bottom up, fyi) :

Wayne's helped me a lot with this process. A LOT, he's pretty much why I like colours in the first place, he was the gateway to art for me...

Driving this January to Nova, not that I drew FROM any one scenery, of course because we were sort of non-stop driving.. All the images of the road passing by, essentially you knew how the shapes went about passing your peripherals.

HAHA! From a year ago, but I like it so much that I'm putting it in now in my sketch book application, which as they described must be within 3 months of my application being sent.

John Drawing, I really liked the few times that I got to draw him out. So damn fussy. Good hair though.

I just found it. I don't think that it's anything special, except that it's taking away from negative to create an image, scratching away from the paint, you know... trying things...

My mini Head. I have some clay at home.

Psycho Self Portrait project in school.

Monet's Family by Manet, by Kim

How to fill your time with stuff

Spock. Because my Dad is all about his Star Trek.

Hands Portrait, hands indeed.

Hey look! More hands! But less pleasant. This comes from a dream I had a bit ago. Actually not quite enjoyable, can't you tell? This is just like the brainstorming about it, you know.

Andrew's box that I haven't sent yet, oi.

Surprise, People!

Scat Art?

Detail of another painting. I'm missing the photo of the whole set. Getting it on thursday, so this boat doesn't sail until then.

Head Sculpture, newly painted and with his left ear lobe glued back on...

Same colours from before, just clearer..

Before broke and painted..

Put on the wall incorrectly when they hung it up, this is how it was meant to be arranged. Ms. Rachel Lazar did Earth and Fire.

Remake of one of Ms. Stecca's Favourite artists. I forget his name, when I should know it for the file name when I send it in my portfolio. I don't even know if it counts, but hey, I didn't even get the right mark in english, and I like this anyways...

Two favourite parts.
MURAL! Obnoxious probably to pass by it for your four years of high school, but hey, none of that anxious thinking right now. : ) Kids paint more.

Photos Found #4

Today I took pictures of my Art Stuff to put into my portfolio, all but one (repairs). In midst of the final search, I discovered that I had a shoe box of my photos from disposable cameras from two years ago, complete with copies on discs. I went through them, and managed to find the Montreal one, and a couple others :

Oscar Jake & Benwa
I meant to connect these later on, I wasn't able to fully get Oscar because I was sorta shy. In any case, voila. This is from July 2009, I had only known these guys for three days, but still, so kind and welcoming.

NIN!
The lights went out pretty quick, so I only have 4 photos really. I'm thinking this is their The Slip tour. I cheered when they played off the album, because it's all still good and wonderful. I remember most of the crowd wasn't too supportive. Maybe it's because they wanted to protest because they were from their With Teeth album time and back. Meh to them. It's all NIN.

Montreal
There's a top bit to this, but it wouldn't fit in. In any case, this is from after I had been affirmed that there is A THING called Panoramic. So I took these thinking of it. March Break 2009, I wasn't even 18 yet, so I couldn't even go to most of the bars, all turned out fine in any case. This is when I started to drink, during the trip. 4 beers was the limit, and I tended to go over it, haa...
